  Called ar 2:33-,said be there 90 to 120 minutes. Texted at 4, be there in a few minutes- tried to call - phone just rang and rang- 4:30 texted- 30 to 40 minutes.called at 5 just rang, 5:30 insurance field manager called- asked where was car - same place since 2:32- they called, git no answer. I was in Kissimmee maybe 10 miles from this office . Called another towing company-they were there on heavy traffic within 45 minutes

  This company was dispatched to pick up my vehicle at noon, close to 4 hours later still a no show. With the dispatcher saying they would be arriving in 18 minutes, then 20 minutes, to another 30 minutes before I had to contact my insurance for a different dispatcher.

  Infinity Stones Towing is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called Roadside assistance at 5:30PM on 10/3/2023 and by 6:00PM I received the first text message indicating the tow company was dispatched and to wait 60 to 90 minutes for their arrival. After waiting over two hours no one ever showed up. We called the towing company and got the run around, saying they are on the way. After another hour we called back and this time no answer. I then called roadside assistance and keep getting redirected to click on a link to open a new request and was unable to talk to a person. I then called Progressive Insurance and the lady forward the call back to roadside assistance. By 10:00 I finally got a text stating the following: "Safeco: We want to confirm that your service has been completed. Please reply "Y" if completed, "N" if you need further assistance. I replied "N".
Finally, someone from Roadside called me and I informed them I was no longer staying with the vehicle and heading home and the key would be left with the vehicle and was informed again Infinity Stones Towing was dispatched and to wait 60-90 minutes.
By 12:00 midnight, I got a text stating tow was completed but I had no vehicle. By this time I was fed up and tired so I went to bed. At 7:00, this morning 10/04/2023, I received another text stating tow was complete but I had no vehicle. I replied "N" again. Roadside assistance called me and they called the towing company to have a three way call and the lady we were speaking to hung up on us after telling us her husband was asleep and wasn't getting up until 11:00 AM. Needless to say we still have to delivery of my vehicle.  Please do not rely on Infinity Stones Towing for your towing needs.

  Was stuck on the Turnpike heading north from Miami when I caught a flat tire..The dispatcher was very kind and the driver Rey was a good and helpful worker..
